I had a great experience with the Road Runner, when they recently helped me to move into a new neighborhood. Their staff members starting with those working in the front office to the management and moving crew were all very professional and helpful. They made the move very easy and smooth all through.

Mark and his crew were amazing totally went above and beyond. They were very professional and incredibly efficient. Even when my building downtown suggested they park further away and made moving in more difficult, they were still fast! I also truly appreciate that they made a point for me to come check out the truck to make sure nothing else was still on there. I can't recommend the three of them enough! Thanks a million guys!

I'm so glad I hired Road Runner Moving and Storage. David and two movers came and moved my 2 bedroom stuff in less than 4 hours. They were very polite and accommodating, which was really great because moving days are hectic. I'm very happy with their services and pricing. Definitely would recommend.

The guys Kenny and Keenan from Road Runner moving and Storage arrived on time and they handled all of our stuff with great care. I even had a very large TV that they made sure was well protected. It as a bit hot and I never heard any complaints. Nice bunch of guys.

Recently I found myself in need of movers and called Road Runner Moving and Storage. It was a great decision albeit lucky. The booking process was easy and efficient. Their pricing was competitive with others and their service team was friendly. My move team (Alex, Kyle and Arnold) called about an hour before they were scheduled to arrive to verify all of the details. They arrived right on time and went over exactly what to expect. They had some forms for me to acknowledge and then they started the move. They worked quickly and did not just drag their feet to drag the time out. I would definitely use these folks again without any hesitation.

I had a big move and they did an awesome job. If you have a choice ask for Alex, he and his crew of Henry, Timmy, and Ryan. They moved our 5500 sq. ft. home in the most professional way possible and maintained amazing attitudes, even after a long 12 hour day. I paid for packing so two guys had showed up the day before (Mark and Lance) to help pack and wrap everything. Nothing broken because of the great job they did. We have moved a lot but this was by far the best move we have ever experienced. Not one item was left at the old house, they offered to take any trash or items we did not want, and made every effort to make sure we were happy with furniture placement etc. This was a big move and Road Runner Moving and Storage are the best!

Road Runner Moving and Storage should rename itself to Best Movers. Moving couldn't have been simpler, cleaner, or more efficient than if I had waved a magic wand and used magic to do it myself. Mega props to Bob who squeezed me in for a quick move even though I gave him just a day heads up. That sort of customer service should win awards.

I've never actually used a moving company before, and like so many others have heard horror stories from friends about botched jobs, missing stuff, and crazy fees tacked on at the end. Fortunately for me, Road Runner Moving and Storage are pure professionals and is an honest company. They showed up right on time, got my apartment loaded in a split, and unloaded in the same manner.
Based on the amount of stuff I have I was figuring that the job would take about 5 hours, but these guys did it in just under 4. Their speediness saved me a bundle. Of course, their great rates were also a factor in the low rates.
These movers know what they're doing, take care with your stuff, and don't hit you with hidden fees. Thanks again guys, I'll be using you again the next time I move.

Road Runner Moving and Storage moved us from Cape Coral FL to Long Island NY. A monster of a move by anyone standards. The movers did a phenomenal job in packing that truck for transport. They showed up on time and introduced themselves and after a short walk through went to work. Matty’s crew did an outstanding job of loading and organizing things in the truck. Can you imagine over 1300 miles and not one thing was damaged? That is completely unheard of if you ask me. They did 90% of our packing and wrapping so I guess that is one of the reasons why as well. They are the true boss in the moving game.

I've never, ever, given a five star review to a moving company before and never thought I would have. My husband traveled a lot for work and we decided it was far time we actually moved nearer to his location.
Road Runner Moving and Storage was fabulous and I mean really amazing. They brought 5 guys in to pack up my home and they were done in six hours. The next day, we did the big move. They had everything, including furniture out of the house in two hours. Same 5 guys, each one working constantly. And I can't say enough about how polite and friendly they were. They truly had our best interests at heart. They are the only moving company I would ever use from now on. And with all that, they still came in far below budget. I highly recommend them.
